I had an issue with my order and, yeah, it took a little longer than I expected to get everything figured out. I was a bit frustrated at first, but support did eventually fix it, so... overall it ended up being okay

I didn’t realize how bland most store-bought beef was until I tried this. The flavor is so much richer and it actually tastes like real beef, not that watery, forgettable stuff from the grocery store. Kind of annoying that this is what beef should’ve tasted like all along, but here we are.

The steaks came out really tender and tasted good. Nothing fancy to say, just a solid meal and I didn’t have any complaints about it.

I’m giving 4 stars only because the delivery window was kind of vague, and of course it landed during a busy stretch for me, so the timing just wasn’t great. I had to keep checking the tracking more than I wanted to, but overall the shipping was solid and the meat still arrived frozen.

The delivery arrived right when they said it would, which I really appreciated. The driver sounded relaxed and friendly, so I’m guessing everything went smoothly on their end too. No issues at all
